FSRT Assessor Training

This course starts with a look at assessment good practice, then focused on the FSRT syllabus in a very practical way, developing and examining good practice as well enhancing personal skills. The day culminates in creating an action plan for guiding you towards becoming a deliverer of the FSRT courses

Generic 4* Assessor Training

This course focused on good practice for assessments in general in the morning session, then leads onto 4* specific issues and looks at skill acquisition scales and benchmarking. This is a classroom based day and is a prerequisite to attending the discipline specific day.

Discipline Specific 4* Assessor Training

This course can be run by us in either Sea Kayak, Canoe or WW Kayak and will also be available in the new Touring award when it comes on line. This is an on-the-water day focusing on teaching leadership skills in the specific environment. Course numbers are kept low to allow for covering a great deal of information in a short time. The culmination of this day is setting an action plan for progress towards becoming a 4* trainer and assessor.

CNTP Deliverer Training

This course focused on the delivery and standards of the CNTP course and aims to enhance understanding while giving ideas and suggestions for a more practical delivery. The course culminates in setting an action plan for your progression towards becoming a deliverer of the CNTP course.
