ADVENTURE DAYS

At IWSK we love all types of outdoor sports, our adventure days are run by qualified outdoor professionals who have a vast experience of the coastal environment.

We always aim to provide a very personal service with our courses keeping to a very small coach to student ratio, you will be in a group of between two and six people, and it is often possible to arrange a personal course if there are two of you.

Our adventure days start from our base in Freshwater Bay with getting kitted up in wet suits, helmets and buoyancy aids and a safety briefing, then a quick walk over the road to the beach, from there its out under the cliffs and the adventure begins.

Once back at base you can relax in the garden with a drink from the bar or cafe chatting over who did the biggest jump or who went deepest into the cave or any number of other things that may happen!
     
 

Coasteering

The half day Coasteering adventure is all about traversing along cliffs in or above sea level, it will include using roped handlines, jumping across water filled gaps, swimming through caves and scrambling up the cliff faces.

You must be able to swim 25m - buoyancy aids, helmets and wetsuits are provided.
Prerequisite ability: None
Cost: £35 Dates: April to October
   
 

Sit - on - Top Kayaking

Sit-on-Top Kayaks are fun and safe; if you fall in, you just climb back on and you probably won't even get your hair wet, unless you want to of course! Our qualified and experienced coaches will guide you through the fundamentals then either lead you though playing games in the sun or take you off on a trip to explore some of the islands superb locations.

Cost: £35 Dates: April - October
